​IASOWA Uttar Pradesh is the state-level organization, affiliated to to the All India IASOWA based in New Delhi. The membership includes all spouses of serving IAS officers of UP cadre. Spouses of retired/ex-IAS officers of Uttar Pradesh are welcome as special/ex-officio IASOWA members.  As of March 2013, UP has 461 serving IAS officers including those on training. The objectives of the Association are to strengthen community and networking for shared interests and goals among IAS spouses. IASOWA also hosts events to promote cultural exchange besides its development work through Akanksha Societies.
